What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassandra Mikkelson arrived at the facility and met with Administrator Maria Manghiuc to follow up on an LIC624 Incident Report that was sent to the Department on March 15, 2025. LPA and Administrator discussed regulations in regards to medication management for all residents. LPA conducted a medication review, staff training and resident files. As a result of this visit, a deficiency was cited pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8. The deficiency is listed on 809-D page. Exit interview was conducted with Administrator. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided. Signatures on these forms acknowledges receipt of these documents.
