What the inspector wrote

On 11/19/25, LPA Kevin Mknelly met with Mirel Ivascu. Administrator Kristina Ivascu joined by phone. The purpose of the meeting was to review late annual fees due for this and other homes. Administrator committed to pay fees in their entirety today and submit proof to LPA. LPA will provide Admin the PIN numbers for the other homes. As a result of today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited. Report reviewed and copy to be emailed to licensee.
