Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Parks arrived on Tuesday January 20, 2026, to conclude a complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA met with Administrator Alpesh and explained the purpose of the visit. Throughout the investigation, LPA interviewed the Administrator and staff. LPA toured the facility, including the garage. According to staff interviewed, there are no employees who sleep or stay at the facility. All rooms in the facility are occupied by residents. The garage has a small room, which the Administrator describes as a break room. There are no beds, sofas, or mattresses in the garage for staff to sleep on. Based on information obtained during the investigation, LPA finds the allegations to be UNSUBSTANTIATED- a finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.Exit interview.
