What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassandra Mikkelson spoke with Licensee Baby Quintero regarding staff member S1's staff file that was requested on 10/10/2025. Licensee could not produce S1's staff file although staff worked on 10/09/2025. LPA discussed in length with Licensee the importance of what needs to be completed and on file for an employee to work. As a result of this visit, a deficiency was cited. Appeal rights given. Exit interview conducted.
