On 1/28/25, LPA Kevin Mknelly conducted an annual inspection. LPA met the Administrator at the home. There continue to be no residents in care. Therefore, the inspection primarily focused on the physical plant safety. The condition of the home is suitable for residents. The home has had some renovations to re-establish two separate residences in the duplex. Due to the renovations, a new fire clearance is still pending approval before residents may move in. No deficiencies are noted as a result of this inspection. The report is emailed to the licensee for return signature.
