What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hiratsuka, observed the following deficiency when conducting a complaint visit. This facility is undergoing a change in ownership. The current licensee is allowed to employ the applicant as an administrator; however, the licensee shall ensure all staff have criminal record clearance and be associated to this facility. The administrator and staff on duty during today's visit have criminal record clearance but are not associated. The current licensee is responsible for everything that occurs at this facility until the applicant's application has been granted. Deficiencies cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 of California Regulation. Failure to correct the deficiency and/or repeat deficiencies within a 12 month period may result in civil penalties. Appeal rights were provided. IMMEDIATE CIVIL PENALTIES OF $300.00, was issued today because the staff were not associated.
