What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Graham Gunby conducted an unannounced case management visit to the facility on 02/12/2025 for an incident that occurred on 02/09/2025. LPA met with Administrator Bianca Gheju and explained the purpose of the visit. During today's visit, LPA reviewed R1's file, received copies of the LIC 602, case notes and admission agreement. LPA spoke with the admin about staff providing supervision to R1. Administrator will submit the documents to LPA via email. R1 was referred to home health and will continue to receive care through the facility. Admin will continue to monitor R1 for any changes in condition. No deficiencies cited on today's date. A copy of this letter was emailed to admin.
