What the inspector wrote

Licesning Program Analyst (LPA) Hiratsuka conducted this unannounced annual visit. LPA toured with Caregiver Stacy-Ann Leslie. Assistant Administrator Tatiana Magurean, arrived during this visit. This facility has a fire clearance for five non-ambulatory and one bedridden residents The main entrance opens to an open floor concept that has the living area, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is to the left of the main entrance past the office/staff room. There is a fireplace in the middle of the open floor concept, but it does not completely separate each area. This facility has three shared resident rooms and one staff/office room. The largest shared bedroom at the end of the hallway has a full bathroom that may only be used by the residents of that room. The first resident room has an exit leading to the front yard. There is one full common bathroom. Medications are stored in the office/staff room. There is a laundry room in the back of the kitchen that also has a half bathroom and a door leading to the garage. The laundry room can be closed with a pocket door. The backyard has a wood deck that has stairs leading to the ground. The stairs are blocked by a short gate. The main area of the backyard is only accessible by the front yard because this property is on the side of a hill. The deck is even with the house and the yard is below the wood deck. Three of three resident files were reviewed. Two of three staff files were reviewed. Several topics were discussed. Annual fees of $495.00 are due by August 23, 2025. No deficiencies cited.
