What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Parks arrived on Tuesday February 3, 2026 to conduct an announced prelicensing visit. This is a change of ownership with residents in care. The Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement Tool was used during today's inspection. This facility has a fire clearance for 3 non-ambulatory and 3 bedridden residents. Facility has all required postings in the hallway. LPA and Administrator Tyler toured the facility together. The following areas were inspected for compliance: kitchen, resident rooms, bathroom, living room, and garage. Water temperature was within the required range. Facility has fire extinguishers with current inspection tags and a full first aid kit. Carbon monoxide detector was in the hallway. Medications are kept locked in the hallway cabinet. Cleaning chemicals are locked and inaccessible to residents. Facility has sufficient perishable and nonperishable food. Facility was clean and well organized. Component III was waived. The facility appears to be in substantial compliance and ready for licensure. The license will be granted upon completion of a final review and approval from the Licensing Program Manager and the Central Applications Bureau. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator and a copy of this report was provided.
