Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hiratsuka, conducted this announced prelicening visit. LPA met with Applicant Ioana "Joann" Antone. This facility has a fire clearance for six non-ambulatory residents. This facility has six private resident rooms. Because there is no staff room the facility is required to have awake staff at all times. There are two full common bathrooms and one common half-bathroom. The main common area has the living, dining, and kitchen. There is a second sitting area. The laundry machines are in the garage. The backyard was inspected. There is a door connecting the kitchen to the garage. There are locked cabinets for folders, medications, and cleaning supplies. Component III was waived because Applicant already works at other facilities. This facility meets regulations. LPA is going to submit this report to the application specialist.
