Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yolanda Delgado arrived to the facility unannounced to conduct an investigation into the above allegation. LPA spoke with Resident One (R1) and Staff One (S1)-Administrator determined through the interviews, the allegation was UNFOUNDED. R1 stated that this is soley done as voluteered by R1 and no staff of the facility is in charge. R1 has taken on the task and is responsible for raising funds and R1 stated this is the fourth year. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging (Staff solicited funds from residents for personal gain). We have found that the complaint was unfounded, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis. There were no deficiencies and no civil penalties that were cited per Title 22, Division 6, of the California Code or Regulations. An exit interview was conducted with Eloiza Castellanos and a copy of this report was provided.
