Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On this date, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Crystal Colvin made an unannounced visit to the facility to investigate a complaint # 18-AS-20220510084107 . During today's inspection, LPA Colvin observed the following deficiency, which was reviewed with Wellness Director Shannon Wilkerson : Physical Plant: During LPA Colvin's tour through the facility, LPA Colvin observed small exposed wires on multiple walls throughout the buildings. These appear to be where the thermostat for the air conditioner would normally be, but the face of the apparatus is missing, which subsequently exposes the wires. This is a potential safety risk as residents could shock themselves if they pulled on the wires. Deficiency cited. Based on observations made by LPA Colvin, the facility was cited and deficencies are noted on the LIC809D. An exit interview was conducted with Wellness Director Shannon Wilkerson, and a copy of this report, LIC809D, and appeal rights was provided.
