What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Magda Malcore conducted a health and safety visit to the facility. LPA met with Staff, Danica Reyes, and informed the purpose of the visit. LPA observed five (5) residents and two (2) staff at facility. LPA conducted a tour of the inside and outside of facility. The facility has sufficient food supply for residents. Air conditioning and bathroom equipment is running properly. Staff working stated that Adam Barone does not live at the facility. An exit interview was concluded where this report was discussed and a copy provided to staff Reyes at the conclusion of the visit.
