Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

LPA reviewed the documentation provided of the eviction notice that was served to Resident #1 (R1) and the contents of the eviction letter and found that the reasoning for the eviction was valid due to non-payment of rent. R1 is currently in the hospital and plans to re-locate to a Skilled Nursing Facility when discharged. The copy of the 30-day notice to quit is in compliance with Health and Safety code §1569.683. Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occurred. Thus, this complaint is Unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted where a copy of this report was discussed with and provided.
