What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bernadette Allen conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for the mentioned allegations. LPA Allen met with Maria Jasmin Dolores-Administratowho was informed of the purpose of the visit. The investigation consisted of interviews with three (3) clients, three(3) responsible parties and facility staff who all stated clients have and are allowed to have visitors and has never been denied visitors while at the facility. Based on interviews with the clients and their responsible parties the above allegation is Unsubstantiated. A finding of unsubstantiated means although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was discussed and provided to Maria Jasmin Dolores-Administrato at the conclusion of the visit with appeal rights.
