What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seo Jeon made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a Case Management visit regarding a deficiency cited on 10-1-2024. LPA spoke with Bernarda Rocha, Administrator, and explained the purpose of today's visit. LPA conducted a tour of interior and exterior of the facility and determined that there were no health and safety concerns. Fire safety inspection shows bedroom #5 is approved for a bedridden resident. LPA verified Resident #1 (R1) who is a bedridden person is residing at bedroom #5. No deficiencies are being cited and no civil penalties per California Health & Safety Code and Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report were provided to Bernarda Rocha.
