What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seo Jeon conducted an unannounced case menage visit for capacity increase request. Upon entry, LPA was greeted by Deborah Romero, Licensee, and informed them of the purpose of the visit. At the time of the visit, there were two (2) residents in care. LPA toured the interior and exterior of the facility. The Department received a notice from the Licensee of a fire clearance change request. The Licensee reported the request would be submitted to change the fire clearance from four (4) non-ambulatory/bedridden residents to two (2) non-ambulatory and four (4) bedridden, total of six (6) residents. A fire department inspection was completed and approved on 04-16-2026. The LPA inspected the interior and exterior areas of the home. The home appeared to be well maintained for the care of non-ambulatory and bedridden residents. No health and safety concerns were observed at the time of the inspection. A new license reflecting the increased capacity will be issued.
