LPA was greeted by, identified herself to, and discussed the purpose of the visit with Administrator Kristine Mangente. A Change of Capacity application was received by the Department on May 2, 2025, in which the licensee requested a increase in capacity from six (6) non-ambulatory residents to five (5) non-ambulatory residents and one (1) bedridden resident.
