What the inspector wrote

For the allegation, Staff do not ensure resident is allowed to request medical services. During staff interviews 3 out of the 3 staff stated medical services have been provided to all residents. During resident interviews, 3 out of the 4 residents stated that medical services are provided and are allowed to request for transportation services. 1 out of the 4 residents was unable to collaborate on the allegation For the allegation, Staff do not ensure residents prescribed dietary plan is being followed. During staff interviews 3 out of the 3 staff stated they meet resident dietary plan and offer variety of meals. During resident interviews 3 out of the 4 residents stated that staff meet their dietary plan. 1 out of the 4 residents was unable to collaborate on the allegation. During facility tour LPA observed variety of food available to meet resident dietary needs. Based on the evidence found during the investigation, three (3) allegation listed above are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that the complaint are UNSUBSTANTIATED means although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. During today’s visit, no deficiencies were cited per Title 22, Division 6, of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted, and this report (LIC9099) was discussed and provided to Administrator Dulce Redford.
