Additionally, per the facility's theft and loss policy, the facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Based on interviews and record review the allegation of Facility staff did not safeguard resident's belongings is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding of UNSUBSTANTIATED means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
