What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Javier Prieto arrived to the facility to concluded a complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA Prieto met with staff Elizabeth Olah and explained the elements of the complaint. Allegation #1, staff Elizabeth Olah produced documentation showing that records were delivered to the requestor after written request was received. Those records were obtained by LPA during time of investigation. Based on the information obtained there is not enough evidence that facility failed to provided resident documentation upon written request . Therefore, the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time. This report was signed by LPA Prieto and staff Olah and a copy was left at the facility.
