What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to perform a health and safety check. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler and explained the purpose of the visit. During the visit, LPA toured the facility and conducted interviews with residents. No immediate health or safety concerns were observed at the time of the visit. However, LPA noted that the toilet tank in the master bedroom was in disrepair. The Licensee stated that maintenance will address the issue by the end of the weekend. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler.
