the allegation of Licensee not allowing visitors outside of visiting hours is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding of UNSUBSTANTIATED means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee Elizabeth Henglster. Additionally, LPA discussed, reviewed and provided a copy of the S600 -the notice to long term care facilities regarding the ombudsman and access to facilities, residents and records. Based on interviews the allegation of licensee did not allow review for investigative purpose is UNFOUNDED. A finding that the complaint is unfounded means that the allegation is false, could not have happened, and/or is without a reasonable basis. Therefore, the department had there dismissed the complaint. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee Elizabeth Henglster.
