What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the facility and met with Resident Care Coordinator, Chantel Krahn, to conduct a case management visit regarding an incident report received by the Department involving potential theft. LPA wore a surgical mask and was screened by facility upon entry. Facility staff wore masks in the facility. During visit, LPA requested and obtained documentation pertinent to the incident. At this time, further investigation is needed regarding information provided. No deficiencies are being cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of report left at the facility.
