Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 5/7/2025 LPA Tryon visited the home. The house burned on 2/3/2025, and water damage from the fire fighters destroyed everything in the house. Residents were moved partially to Alder Grove Senior Living, and partly to other facilities. At the moment, the house is gutted/torn apart. The plan is to tear down the house, and rebuild a new house on the footprint of the old house. The licensee is still working with the insurance company and so forth. At this time, there are obviously no residents or staff at the house. Licensee plans to keep the license and rebuild the house. The house will likely not be built and ready for occupancy for many months at this point. Exit interview conducted,
