Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sabrina Calzada arrived unannounced to conduct an unrelated inspection. LPA observed that facility posted information on the main door regarding current Covid-19 virus concerns, including that requesting that non-essential visitation be postponed at this time LPA met with Lacy Berry, Administrator, who indicated that there are currently no residents showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19. LPA observed facility staff to be practicing preventative measures by cleaning hand rails and other frequently touched items with a bleach solution. Administrator stated that are screening visitors, asking if they've been travelled outside of the country within the last 30 days and if they've had any virus symptoms. Receptionist is requesting all visitors to use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility. There are no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Exit interview. Copy of report provided.
