Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Laura Munoz, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Talwinder Bains arrived at the facility unannounced on 08/12/25 to conduct a Case Management. Department staff met with the Administrator, Nelson Jacinto and facility staff. Sacramento Behavioral Health Representative was also present during this visit. LPA toured the facility to check the health and safety of residents in care. Areas toured included but not limited to residents rooms, bathrooms, common areas and outside area. LPA toured kitchen area and observed that facility has adequate food supply of 2 days perishable and 7 days non perishable per regulation. LPA observed that facility was clean and odor free. LPA observed that staff were attentive to residents care needs during tour. From the tour, there was no immediate health and safety risks observed for the residents in care. No deficiencies are being cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of report left at the facility.
