On 12/16/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Mknelly, conducted a case management visit and met with the Executive Director(ED) . On 12/15/25, the department received an incident report regarding a theft of R1's belongings. The theft was investigated by facility staff and the local police department. The investigation found that S1 had stolen a ring belonging to R1. The ring was recovered and S1's employment was terminated. During today's visit, LPA received employment records for S1, interviewed R1 and the ED. LPA finds that the licensee followed required procedures and that this was an individual's illegal action. As a result of today’s inspection, no deficiencies were noted. Report reviewed. Copy of report provided.
