What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Valerio arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA Valerio met with Administrator Angelita Dayoan. Administrator confirmed there are no residents or staff that have displayed any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days. LPA Valerio explained the purpose of the visit. LPA requested proof of Control of Property. Licensee Angelita had facility staff obtain a copy from the facility files. LPA reviewed and obtained a copy of her rental agreement with the landlord. Licensee is Nicholas Padua. Licensee states he is not changing ownership of Padua Care Home. Based on observations, no deficiencies observed. Exit interview held with Administrator Angelita Dayoan and a copy of the report was provided.
