What the inspector wrote

On 2/16/26, LPA Mknelly arrived and met with Administrator to verify POCs for citations issued 1/22/26. LPA observed registration for POC training to have been completed. None of the required training has yet been completed. Licensee agreed to submit proof of completed training by 3/5/26. LPA observed that food and CSMR POCs were not completed though were due by 2/6/26. Civil penalties were issued for each. Both tasks are to be completed today. No additional citations are issued as a result of this visit. Report reviewed and civil penalties assessed.
