What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Ruth Wallace and Renee Campbell conducted unannounced Case Management Visit for Incident regarding Resident (R1). LPA's met direct care staff and explained purpose of visit. LPA's reviewed R1's physician's report, staff notes, and incident report documents. R1 received surgery at hospital approximately on April 13, 2022 for a hip fracture and is recovering back at facility since April 21, 2022. No deficiencies cited on today's case management incident . LPA's conducted exit interview with direct care staff and copy of report given at the conclusion of the visit.
