Type B. Lower-severity citation. Corrective action required, no imminent risk. The regulator monitors compliance on the next visit.

1569.72 Residents requiring skilled nursing or intermediate care; bedridden residents(b)(1) "bedridden"… assistance in turning and repositioning in bed or being unable to independently transfer to and from bed, except in a facility with… sufficient care staff… as determined by… regulations. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based upon interviews with residents, staff anddocuments received. The licensee did not ensure that the needs of resident were being met. This poses a potential health and safety risk to persons in care.
