Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the facility and met with Business Development Assistant, Lauren Louderback, to open a complaint into the allegation listed above. Relevant party reported that non-client adult residents are residing at the facility. Non-client adult residents residing at the facility is not a violation of Title 22. Non-client adult residents are required to obtain a criminal background clearance and are required to be associated to the facility. LPA confirmed that non-client adult residents residing at the facility have received a criminal background clearance and have been associate to the facility during visit. Based on observations and records reviewed, the above allegation is found to be UNFOUNDED. A finding that the allegation is unfounded means that the allegation is false, could not have happened, and/or is without a reasonable basis. Exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was provided. Signature on these forms acknowledges receipt of these documents.
