Correction check·September 2, 2022

On 9/2/22 at 2:00pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Gould conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to ensure all previous deficiencies have been corrected from a previous inspection. LPA Gould met with Staff Carol Ferreira Who invited LPA into the home. Once present LPA was contacted by Licensee who informed LPA that she would be delayed due to a private appointment and likely would be delayed several hours. As the files are staff files and kept secured, the staff members present did not have access to the documents LPA requested to view. LPA Gould will conduct a follow up inspection to ensure all corrections have been made. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, no deficiencies were issued during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
