What the inspector wrote

On 9/7/22 at 1:45pm Licensing Program Analyst Kevin Gould Conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to ensure all corrections have been completed regarding a previous deficiency cited on 8/24/22. LPA met with licensee Shane Stumpf who provided LPA with requested staff files for review. LPA conducted file review of staff files and observed all staff files to be complete with required documents. LPA Gould has cleared the deficiency and a POC letter was generated. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, there were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
