Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Regarding the allegation of Hazards are accessible to residents, the Department found the following; based on interview and observation, it was determined that hazardous items are not accessible to residents. LPA observed multiple rooms and did not see hazardous objects easily accessible to residents. Regarding the allegation of Resident's dietary needs are not being met, the Department found the following; based on interview and observation, it was determined that kitchen staff have a list of residents that have special dietary needs. This list is available for all staff, so everyone knows which resident is on special diets. Kitchen staff are strict about following this. Although the allegations may have happened and/or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview conducted with Executive Director Luis Olivas. A copy of this report was left upon exit.
