What the inspector wrote

Additionally, R1 stated to LPA that the housekeepers and staff who ensure the room is cleaned are wonderful. and R1 has no complaints regarding the housekeepers or cleanliness of her room. Reporting party alleges resident has an unspecified allergy. LPA reviewed resident files and documents regarding food allergies and on the LIC 602 and supplemental diet form the physician did not indicate any food allergies. R1 states she has an egg allergy and that the physician from skilled nursing was not aware of the allergy. LPA provided resident with a 602 form to have updated by her physician. LPA has determined that facility staff have followed physician directions and have provided alternatives for R1 to eat as for every resident. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. The Department has determined that the allegations of Personal Rights are unsubstantiated but if any additional information is received this complaint can be amended and the finding can be changed. There are no deficiencies noted or cited per California Code Regulation, TITLE 22. Exit interview was conducted with the facility administrator. Appeal Rights were issued, and a copy of this report was left at the facility. The following deficiencies are cited per California Code Regulation, TITLE 22.
