On 10/02/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kimberly Viarella made an unannounced visit to this facility to conduct the annual inspection. No one was home upon arrival so LPA called the Administrator, Maria Lourdes Bachiller who arrived shortly after. LPA stated the purpose of the visit and a brief interview followed. There were no residents in care at the time of this inspection. LPA toured the facility with Bachiller and noted that all 4 resident rooms had the required furniture, furnishing and lighting to be in compliance at the time of this inspection. There was a locked cabinet for future resident medications, as well as locks for the sharps in the kitchen to be kept inaccessible to future residents in care.
