87555 General Food Service Requirements(a)The total daily diet shall be of the quality and in the quantity necessary to meet the needs of the residents... All food shall be selected, stored, prepared and served in a safe and healthful manner. This requirement was not met as evidenced by:LPA observed facility meal lunch preparation quantity insufficient to meet the needs of residents in care. Additional interview with faciltiy staff (S1) indicated that residents are unable to request additional servings of food, due to meal quantity.
