Pre-licensing visit·April 1, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Holly Williams arrived announced to Gian Senior Care. LPA Williams met with Sherry Ahuja Facility Designated Administrator (FDA) and explained the purpose of the visit. The purpose of the visit is a follow up to the pre-licensing on 3/28/25. LPA Williams toured the facility and observed beds with sheets, pillows, and comforters, lights and chairs, and they installed televisions in each room. LPA Williams observed in the kitchen that there is a 7 day supply of non-perishable food and in the refrigerator a 2 day supply of perishable food. LPA Williams measured the water temperature and it was 105.2*F. All tools and debris have been removed from the backyard and the jacuzzi was locked and the hole covered up and secure. Based on a review of this property during this follow up Pre-licensing visit, it was determined that the applicant was found to be in compliance at this time. LPA Williams will notify the Central Application Bureau (CAB) that the pre-licensing has been completed and passed. An exit interview was held and a copy of the report was provided to Sherry Ahuja..
