Pre-licensing visit·April 25, 2025

On 4/25/2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Cynthia Tamayo and Kevin Gould arrived at Sacramento Senior Living III for the purpose of conducting a change of facility ownership pre-licensing continuation inspection. LPAs met with Licensee, Salote Lewis, and Administrator, Tevita Kaloulasulasue, and together conducted a tour of the home. There are currently four resident in care. At the time of inspection, the facility has met all pending requirements to be licensed at this time. The following corrections have been completed: Pool fence is able to be locked. all bedroom and bathroom drawers and cabinets are in working order LPA reviewed Component 3 with the applicant. The applicant has passed the pre-licensing component of the application process. LPA will notify the Central Application Bureau (CAB) that the pre-licensing has been completed. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was given to the applicant.
