Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Vincent Moleski arrived announced to conduct a prelicensing inspection. LPA Moleski met with applicant Wenxia Fong and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA Moleski observed items requiring correction during his last prelicensing visit to this address on 11/17/25. During this visit, LPA Moleski observed all requested corrections had been made. LPA Moleski tested the water temperature at approximately 119 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 105 and 120 degrees. LPA Moleski observed a lock preventing access to the pool area. LPA Moleski observed a room designated as a double room had sufficient furniture to accommodate two residents. LPA Moleski has no objections to licensure. This applicant has passed their prelicensing inspection. An exit interview was held and a copy of this report was left with Fong.
