Pre-licensing visit·February 3, 2026

On 2/03/26 Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA) Kimberly Viarella made an announced visit to this facility to conduct a prelicensing inspection. LPA met with Licensee Beverly Escueta and a brief interview followed. This is a new facility with no residents in care. LPA toured the facility with the Licensee. The facility sketch matched the current layout and the Fire Marshal inspected the extinguisher on 08/22/25. The resident rooms were all in compliance at the time of this inspection and contained all of the required furniture, furnishings, and lighting by the end of the visit. All sharps were locked and inaccessible to future residents in care. Hot water measured 114.1 degrees and was also in compliance at this time of this inspection. The exterior of the home was also inspected. All windows and gutters were in good repair. The yard had furniture and shaded areas for future residents to enjoy. All required informational posters and documents were posted as required. Technical Assistance was provided in some areas but all concerns were addressed and corrected prior to the conclusion of this inspection. LPA went on the conduct Component III. The facility is ready to be licensed. A copy of this report was provided, and an exit interview was conducted with Beverly Escueta.
