What the inspector wrote

On March 23, 2026, at 1:10 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Avelina Martinez arrived announced to conduct a Pre-Licensing Inspection of the facility to ensure compliance with Title 22 regulations. LPA Avelina Martinez met with Suzette Bole and explained the purpose of the visit. Facility has a fire clearance for five non-ambulatory residents and 1 bedridden resident. The facility has an approved hospice waiver for three. LPA Martinez inspected the interior and the exterior of the facility including the common living spaces, resident bedrooms and bathrooms, and kitchen. The facility moke detectors are in good repair. The facility has an adequate food supply. Facility bedrooms, common areas, bathrooms, activity area, and laundry room are furnished and in good repair. The facility has a locked closet for medication storage, and has a first aid kit. The exterior of the facility is in good repair. The exterior facility patio is furnished and in good repair. The facility files are maintained. The facility has a disaster preparedness plan and infection control plan. The applicant has passed the pre-licensing component of the application process. LPA Martinez will notify the Central Application Bureau (CAB) that the pre-licensing has been completed and passed. LPA Martinez went over component 3 the applicant on March 23, 2026.. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to the facility
