Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bethany Mirlohi arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA completed required COVID-19 testing protocols, and a daily self-screening questionnaire for symptoms of COVID-19 infection to affirm no COVID-19 related symptoms. LPA ensured they applied hand sanitizer before entering the facility and the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) was worn: Masks. Additionally, LPA was screened by staff upon entering the facility. During today's inspection LPA toured the facility and observed 4 resident bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garage area, common living spaces, and outdoor patio. LPA observed 2-day perishable amount of food and 7-day non-perishable amount of food. LPA reviewed 2 of 4 resident files and observed required paperwork at the facility. LPA observed signs posted throughout the facility related to covid and observed the facility to be clean and free from odor. At this time no deficiencies have been cited. Exit interview conducted.
