What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Michael Hood and Marisa Chiarelli arrived at the facility and met with Stephanie Harmon caregiver, to follow-up on a plan of correction made to the facility on November 25, 2025 to be corrected on November 26, 2025. During visit, LPAs observed staff files to be available for review and reviewed proof of training for staff. LPA Michael Hood obtained plan for staffing prior to visit. LPAs cleared deficiencies during visit. Exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was provided. Signature on these forms acknowledges receipt of these documents.
