What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Lauren Crocker arrived at the facility and met with House Manager, Stephanie Harmon-Christensen, to follow-up on previously cited deficiencies and ensure the corrections have been made. During today's visit, LPA and LPM toured the premises and conducted interviews, including resident (R1), Licensee, House Manager. LPA and LPM also reviewed records for the residents. During visit, LPA cleared deficiencies that were corrected. LPA reviewed deficiencies that were not corrected and assessed civil penalties along with identifying additional deficiencies pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8. Deficiencies cited for today are listed on the attached 809-D. Exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided. Signature on these forms acknowledges receipt of these documents.
