What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the facility and met with House Manager, Stephanie Harmon-Christensen, to conduct a case management visit regarding information obtained during a separate inspection conducted on April 16, 2026. During visit, LPA requested medication documentation pertaining to resident (R1) from January 14, 2026 to February 10, 2026. Facility could not provide requested documentation to LPA by the conclusion of this inspection. Per Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8, Section 87755 " (c) The licensing agency shall have the authority to inspect, audit, and co py resident or facility records upon demand during normal business hours." Per Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8, Section 87506, "(e) Original records or photographic reproductions shall be retained for a minimum of three (3) years following termination of service to the resident. " Per Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8, Section 87465, "(h) The following requirements shall apply to medications which are cent rally stored: (6) The licensee shall be responsible for assuring that a record of centrally stored prescription medications for each resident is maintained for at least one year (...)." As a result of today's inspection, a deficiency is being cited pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8. Deficiency is listed on 809-D. Exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided. Signature on these forms acknowledges receipt of these documents.
