What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a case management annual continuation visit. LPA met with staff and explained the purpose of the visit. Today's visit, LPA provided facility with a new license for licensure of four non-ambulatory and two bedridden. At this time, facility has an additional pending fire clearance. Once approved and/or denied, LPA will submit a notification letter to the facility along with new license. LPA and staff conducted a tour of the interior of the facility to ensure the health and safety of residents in care. LPA observed clients in their private rooms. LPA observed facility to have at least two days of perishable and seven days of nonperishable foods. LPA observed sharps, medications, and toxins to be locked and inaccessible to residents in care. LPA observed facility to be at a comfortable temperature of 75* F. LPA observed facility to be clean, free of malodor, and in good repair. LPA conducted a file review of staff records. Additionally, LPA reviewed Emergency Disaster Plan LIC610E revealed it was reviewed by Administrator for the year of 2025. Fire Drill records revealed it was recently conducted on February 15, 2025 and July 21, 2025. CARE tool was completed with staff. As a result of today's visit, no deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report was provided.
