LIC 9099-C Interview conducted with Assistant Administrator revealed she was working at the facility when R1 left the facility for a medical appointment. There was no report of chest pain, nausea and/or vomiting. R1 was observed to be on baseline, as R1 was informing staff when R1 needed to be changed and reminding staff of R1's medical appointment. Based on information obtained, the allegation is unsubstantiated. As a result of this investigation, LPA finds allegation to be (US) Unsubstantiated - A finding that the complaint is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. Exit interview with administrator and report copy provided.
